Weeksville Heritage Center – in partnership with NYC Health & Hospitals Test + Trace Corps – is hosting a free pop-up vaccine clinic on Wednesday through Saturday for the weeks of January 12 – 15 and January 19 – 22.

Come by for a COVID-19 test or vaccine! Rapid tests, PCR tests, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccines and booster shots are all available directly across from our 158 Buffalo Avenue entrance.

No health insurance or any other documentation is necessary. Please bring any valid form of ID.

Children ages 12–15 will need a parent or guardian present with them to receive the vaccine, and those ages 16–17 may present with a note giving permission from their parent, with the parent’s name and contact information as well as the child’s name and date of birth.
