Education

Our tours and programs for students are developed within the framework of the New York State Learning Standards in English Language Arts, Social Studies and Visual Arts. By bringing your students to our site for tours, you will find that the history of Weeksville can provide a new way to teach social studies, art, language arts and even environmental science to your students. It also provides a way for them to learn more about the communities where they live. We also invite educators to our annual Educators Open House for professional development opportunities.
